General Overview

This business-to-business project was created for one of the biggest magnet producer in Ukraine- JV “Magnityk” as a shop, developed on Magento platform. It was called to solve two issues:

  • Facilitate the work of managers
  • Increase sales of products and expand the audience familiar with the company products

Interestingly established by designer, made in the company's brand colors dominated by shades of orange, the project is perceived surprisingly easy, fun and unobtrusive.

Shop works on two languages and equally focused on the Russian- and Ukrainian-speaking users.

Clients always can get fresh information on new products, discounts and learn about sales using newsletters subscription. We implemented Tags box to make it easier for website users to find their favorite products: adding tag to the needed product once, next time they will find it in one click.

On the home page we implemented promo-block, which informs customers about new products, current promotions, updated product range, and other interesting events in the site. Massive footer allows users to access the required categories of products very quickly. 

Besides regular (default) features were developed pdf Catalog and expanded filtering functional.

PDF Catalog

To improve cooperation with the official regional distributors - make it easier and more efficient -  we have developed a module for creating the product catalog in pdf format, which allows visually provide clients a full range of production companies that have no Internet access.

Advanced Layered Navigation

In order  to find necessary products easily, our team developed an independent two-level filtering navigation menu to regional and type criteria. Thus, if the client should view all products available for purchase on regional or local criteria, or learn more about the range of magnets, t-shirts or other souvenirs, then he can use one of the filters without spending much time searching.

1C Accounting integration

1C Accounting system is the most widespread enterprise accounting system in Ukraine. Our client were using it, and hence we have decided to make the integration between 1C Accounting system and Magento e-commerce. All the price now are taken from 1C system, stock levels and inventory to Magento and from Magento - all the orders are imported to 1C system. This ensured reliable the workflow for the whole company.
