It was our first experience of developing the web-product for the medical company. But having analyzed the specific in this field we have found the right solution for this project.

We have implemented the news module for the displaying of the latest events within the company. Also we have provided the currency switcher for facilitating of the calculations for the clients of DNA Worldwide Group.Except this fact, the calculation is made with the accounting of UK or US tax legislation. According to the requirements of our client we have implemented the module, allowing to carry out the acquisition of the products online by adding them to the virtual basket. The database of the products was also created.

Typo3 and Magento integration

When the turnover of this customer has reach considerable levels, we have decided to move forward and expand the e-commerce functionality, as soon as Typo3 possibilities were rather limited in terms of online selling of the kits. Magento were opted as an webshop platform. After the integration, the content management issues were handled by Typo3 means and all the e-commerce activity were based on Magento system. 

CRM integration

The services provided by our customer are rather popular in UK, and the database of their client were growing rapidly. In order to ensure better client communication and support, we have integrated the existing project with Sugar SRM - one of the most advanced Client Relation Management system. Right now all the leads created in Typo3, all the orders made in Magento are stored in CRM, allowing DNA Worldwide to analyze the client flow and take the appropriate actions for increase of their business reputation.
