General Overview

Rather small promotional project for one UK based boutique. Being a small boutique, however, didn't stopped it's owners to expand their business via Internet. Taking this fact into consideration we have created very "home" or "next-door shop" styled layout. The combination of a hand-drawn illustrations, standard web elements and fancy flash menu delivered the desired result. 

In order to expand the awareness of the Website users, we have implemented nicely designed gallery (with lighbox functionality) of what can be bought in this boutique, what flowers and accessories available, etc. Additionally, in the integrated blog sections, the owners could announce the discounts or subsequent events in the shop. The contact form served as an additional channel of communication between the owners and their customers. Despite it was not a big commercial project with ultra-complicated features implemented, we've enjoyed creating this project as long as we were pleasantly surprised by the fact that even a small business are going online for attracting the new customers and ensure stable growth with expanding the brand awareness among the possible customers.
