One of the biggest Ukrainian Human Resources companies have requested the creation of the job portal. The main issues of this project was the provision for the two main groups of users ( the employers and the employees ) of the full functionality in this field.

The employees have obtained the possibility to submit their own Curriculum Vitae (CV or Resume) to the web-portal into the relevant group, to analyze the available employers on the market, to search in the available positions. On the other hand the employers gained the possibility to review all the available employee propositions, to consider all the relevant CVs and to post their company in the list of the most popular job providers.

The bilingual (Ukrainian/Russian) web portal became the irreplaceable tool for the job employers and for those who are actively searching for the job. The portal is designed particularly to facilitate the job / personnel search for the target audience. Our company has implemented the difficult portal functionality without any influence on its usability.
